摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the skill of hand-assist laparoscopic surgery for colorectal carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 64 cases of colorectal neoplasm undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 64 cases,63 cases succeeded,1 case was converted to open laparotomy.The average time of operation was (90 ± 30) min,and average intraoperativc bleeding was (60 ± 12)mL.Complications were presented in 3 cases.There were no deaths in this group.Conclusion The operation of hand-assist laparoscopic surgery for colorectal carcinoma is comparatively easy,and learning curve is short,more suitable for senior doctors with experience in open surgery but with poor experience in laparoscopic technique.关键词
