摘要

Abstract

Substation inspection robot can help patrol officers to complete a lot of repetitive work,not only save on labor costs,and also avoid the security risks that could lead by the personnel slack.A complete set of monitoring and operating system for inspection robot is the key to the substation inspection robot can work.This article is describes how to design the substation inspection robot manipulation system,including the human-computer interaction software to help patrol staff complete the inspection task,as well as the algorithm used in order to achieve unmanned patrol image processing for detecting instrumentation.This paper focuses on the design of the monitoring software,through the use of design patterns,modular,hierarchical achieve control functions to handle the unexpected abnormal that inspection robot may encounter outdoor,so that the entire patrol system can be a safe and smooth operation.
