Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of multirow spiral CT in the early diagnosis of malignant solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) and determine the valuable diagnostic indexes.Methods:A total of 30 patients with SPN were examined by multirow spiral CT scan and dynamic enhanced scan.After image post-processing,SPN form,vascular bronchial relations,TDC form,strengthen amplitude were collected and analyzed,and their relationship with malignant SPN comfirmed by pathological observation were investigated.Results:The relationship between SPN and bronchial and blood vessels was clearly shown using bronchial reconstruction and vascular remodeling.The majority of malignant SPN scored higher than 20,and belonged to type Ⅰ in TDC.Conclusion:Multirow spiral CT scan and dynamic enhanced scan combined with image post-processing can clearly display SPN and it's relationship with bronchial and blood vessels.The reinforcement degree and TDC type are very important parameters in the early diagnosis of malignant SPN.关键词
