兔瘟重组VP60蛋白间接ELISA抗体诊断方法的建立
Development of VP60 ELISA for Detecting Antibody to Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus

Abstract
To develop a method for quickly detection of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus antibody,VP60 gene major antigen region was amplified by RT-PCR technique with specific primers based on published RHDV genome sequence;then the target fragment was directionally cloned into PGEX-4T-1 vector;the recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli BL21 (DE3),the recombinant proteins were expressed after induced by IPTG.Using the purified recombinant VP60 protein as coating antigen,an indirect VP60-ELISA was developed to detect antibody to RHDV.The recombinant VP60 protein had a good immunogenicity.The VP60-ELISA,having good repeatability,sensitivity and specificity,could be used as a simple and rapid serology detection method for monitoring of anti-RHDV antibody and epidemiologic survey of RHDV.关键词
