Abstract
Abstract:β-defensin produced by the epithelial cells is a kind of cationic antimicrobial peptides that are rich in cysteine.Because of its broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity,it can be used to replace antibiotics in livestock production for ensuring the safety of animal products.This article summarized the latest research progress in the distribution,structure,biological function,and expression in vitro of sheep β3-defensins.关键词
