摘要

Abstract

In order to get the best measurement and evaluation methods of NC lathe,firstly,this paper introduced tools and methods in the measurement of position accuracy for NC lathe and analyzed several measuring methods.The commonly used at home and abroad four evaluation standards were detailed.Secondly,the position error values for NC lathe were measured by using laser interferometer.Finally,specific indicators of position accuracy-position accuracy,repeatable positioning accuracy,reverse difference,systematic deviation were calculated by using the four evaluation standard.The calculation results were analyzed and compared.This study clarifies various concrete situations when the four methods were applied to guide position accuracy measurement of production,checking for NC lathes.
