Expression and immunogenicity of a C terminal repeat region of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae P113 protein
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the structure and functions of P113 protein of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae,following bioinformatics analysis,a fragment coding for a C terminal repeat region of the P113 was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli.Immunogenicity of the expressed P113 was analyzed by Western-blot.The results showed that P113 was homologous to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae adhesin P97 and shared the similar C terminal repeat region.The repeat region was successfully expressed in E.coli Rosetta(DE3) and the recombinant protein was proved to be soluble.The purified recombinant protein reacted with rabbit serum against M.ovipneumoniae,suggesting that Pl13 is one of the immunogens of the bacteria.关键词
