胸腺五肽对AA肉鸡免疫器官抗氧化功能的影响
Effects of thymopentin on the antioxidant function of immune organs in broilers

Abstract
To examine the effects of thymopentin on the antioxidant function of immune organs in broilers,150 14-day-old healthy avian broilers were divided into five groups by gender and weight.Four treatment groups(TG) of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were injected with thymopentin(TP-5) at a dosage of 50,150,300 and 500 μg/kg,respectively,while group Ⅴ as a control group(CG) was given the same dosage volume of the aseptic physiological saline.The daily changes of the antioxidant indices of spleen,thymus and bursal in broilers were investigated for five days during and after treatment,respectively.In result,compared with CG,the CAT contents in the spleen of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ and in the thymus of group Ⅱ significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the GSH-Px contents in the spleen,thymus and bursal of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ significantly increased(P<0.05),and the SOD contents in the spleen and thymus of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the MDA contents in the spleen of group Ⅱ and in thymus of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased(P<0.05).Moreover,the T-AOC in the immune organs of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ and in the thymus of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased(P<0.05).Compared with CG,the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT contents and the T-AOC in the immune organs of group Ⅱ increased(P<0.05),and the contents of oxygen free radicals in broilers increased with age and weight,the GSH-Px contents in the spleen and the CAT and GSH-Px contents in the thymus decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the SOD contents in the thymus increased slightly(P>0.05),but the T-AOC in the bursal decreased(P<0.01).The results showed that TP-5 might improve the activity of the antioxidant enzymes and reduce oxygen free radicals,and the optimum injection dosage was 50 and 150μg/kg.关键词
