摘要

Abstract

A finite element model of the 12 mm thick multi-layer and butt-welding was created by finite element software.The residual stress and deformation were simulated under two welding sequence.The results show that the welding sequence of alternating positive and negative directions can effectively reduce the residual stress after welding,but has little effect on the welding deformation.And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional stress and displacement field was obtained in multi-layer butt-welding of mid-thick plates.
