摘要

Abstract

Combined with the new idea of magnetic suspension micromotion with AC/DC hybrid driving,a kind of new-type magnetic suspension micromotion workbench which can realize the wide-range micro-motion of casting machine with six degrees of freedom was designed.Aimed at the instability of open-loop control of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench,the lead-lag controller and PID controller were used for the control of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench,respectively.Then the Matlab software was used to simulate the control system of the workbench.The simulation results show that the performances of the workbench using the PID controller is much better than those using the lead-lag controller.This illustrates that the PID control strategy is suitable for the micromotion controlling of the workbench for the centrifuge casting machine.
