Abstract
[Objective] To study the variation rule of total flavonoids content in Anoectochilus roxburghii from different habitats.[Method] Total flavonoids were extracted from the Anoectochilus roxburghii of Taiwan and Fujian by the methods of microwave aided extraction.The contents of total flavonoids in the extracts were determined by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance.[Result] Between the two places,the content of total flavonoids in the extracts from Taiwan was higher,followed by Fujian.[Conclusion] The result shows that the content of total flavonoids in the extracts from Taiwan was higher than Fujian.Considering the clinical application and quality,the Anoectochilus roxburghii of Taiwan was recommended.关键词
