Factors Affecting Tilapia Products Consumption on Domestic Market
摘要
Abstract
The farmed tilapia production in 2012 is about 1.44 million tons,it is 40% of the total tilapia aquaculture production in the world.60% of the total farmed production in China was processed for export,and the sustainable development of tilapia industry is entirely dependent on the international competitiveness of the exported products.Tilapia exports trends in recent years dwindle,since affected by international market and financial crisis and other factors,which are constraints of sustainable development of China's tilapia industry.Setting up of domestic market for tilapia consumption is priority.In order to reduce the competition pressure exiting in international tilapia market industrial and make effective policy on promoting tilapia domestic consumer market,the major factors effecting the tilapia domestic market consumption were discussed from four sections included consumers,marketing,industry and society.关键词
