Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the toxicity effects of triclosan to Scenedesmus obliqnus at different phosphorus concentrations.[Method] Growth inhibition effect,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and relative enzyme activities were measured at different phosphorus concentrations (0,2.5,50.0 mg/L) and triclosan concentrations (0,50,200 μg/L).[Result] Under three phosphorus concentrations (0,2.5,50.0 mg/L),growth inhibition effect of triclosan on Scenedesmus obliquus showed dose-effect relationship,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics Yield,Fv/F0,NPQ of Scenedesmus obliqnus were affected to different extents.Activities of anti-oxidative enzymes (SOD,CAT),and phosphorus metabolism related enzymes (ACP,AKP) also changed accordingly.[Conclusion] Toxicity effect of triclosan on Scenedesmus obliquus is correlative with phosphorus concentration in the environment.关键词
