摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze acorn powder properties and emulsion liquefaction conditions.[Method] The property,liquid concentration,pH of acorn powder were investigated,effects of emulsion liquefaction conditions on subsequent saccharification to produce glucose were studied.[Result] The optimal liquefaction conditions are:liquid concentration 32％,pH 5.8,under the above conditions,14.4％ hydrolysis glucose could be obtained.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for comprehensive utilization of acorn powder.关键词
