摘要

Abstract

A method to rapidly measure the spinning speed of the wind wheel for power generation system is introduced,which is based on photoelectric sensor and STC89C52 microcontroller.The hardware mainly contains the control module of microcontroller,sensor module,data display module and the serial interface communica tional module.The photoelectric sensor is used to detect the existence of the wheel blades,and generate the corresponding level signal.The microcontroller counts the pulse signal of the output from the photoelectric sen sor,and calculates the real wheel speed,which is displayed on the liquid crystal display module.The experiment results show that the measurement system has simple structure and low-cost,and can detect the spinning speed accurately.Moreover,it can be widely used in the wind power generation system without the necessity of embedding expensive rotary encoder.
