摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the demands for safety,data transmission and remote control in field testing of hazardous chemicals equipments,a wireless transmission system with low-cost and low-complexity based on infrared transmission is introduced.Based on a brief introduction on the network structure,the hardware and software of transmission node are designed.According to the features of data transmission and remote control of field testing to hazardous chemicals,an experiment is conducted,and the affects baudrate,duty cycle of infrared carrier and peak current of infrared LED to transmission performance are analyzed.Results indicate that infrared transmission with a baudrate of 2 kbit/s,a duty cycle of 45% and a peak current of 140 mA will give the best transmission performance.
