Abstract
The conventional method of measuring switch resistance is to replace the pin which connects the lever of point machine and turnout with pin-axis transducer.This operation makes the measurement much more complex and risky.As a temporary measurement method,it can not achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring.Based on the three-phase AC motor,a NWPU mathematical model is established through intensive studies on the relationship between input parameters (power,current,voltage) and output force of the S700K point machine in signal room.This NWPU mathematical model places power,current,voltage,line cable length and environmental temperature as the independent variables,and the output force of point machine as dependent variable.Compared with other published mathematical models,it has smaller errors,so it has important application values in constructing switch resistance real-time monitoring system.关键词
