摘要
Abstract
TiO2 films doped with different amount of iron ion or zinc ion were grown on glass substrates by Sol-Gel method,and then annealed at 500℃.Photocatalytic properties of the films were investigated.It is found that the optimum content of iron ion is 0.5% in Fe2O3/TiO2 film,and the optimum content of zinc ion is 5 % in ZnO/TiO2 film in terms of their photocatalytic properties measurements.The films doped with different ions were also characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-vis.The results indicates that the transmission of the two type films are both over 80%,and the photocatalytic property of ZnO/TiO2 films is better,at most two times better,than that of Fe2O3/TiO2 films.关键词
