摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy The Single Open Loop TST on treating Rectal sessile polyps.Methods 55 patients of Rectal sessile polyps who were confirmed through the electronic colonoscopy and the pathological examination were given the Single Open Loop TST operation,The postoperative clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were observed.Results the Symptoms of the 55 patients completely disappeared after operation,Outpatient follow-up 1 years without recurrence and the cure rate was 100％; No Anastomotic bleeding、rectovaginal fistula 、proctostenosis、Perirectal infections-related complication were occurred after the operation.Conclusion The Single Open Loop TST operation in treating The Rectal sessile polyps is of accurate,thorough and safe in excision,and moreover,has the advantages of simple operation,good curative effect,less complications.关键词
