摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the results of the Bacterial culture and drug susceptibility in patients with perianal abscess,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods A total of 76 patients with perianal abscess who enrolled in hospital from August 2012 to February 2013 were selected for pus pathogens culture and drugs us susceptibility testing.Results In 76 patients,there were 70 cases with bacterial growth,accounted for 92.11％,There was no fungal growth.Totally 96 strains of pathogens were isolated from 76 patients,including 67 (69.79％) strains of anaerobic bacteria ; 75 (78.13％) strains of gram negative bacteria.Escherichia coli(54 strains) were the top pathogens isolated,accounting for 56.25％,followed by Pneumonia gram class Borrelia bacteria(16 strains),accounting for 16.67％ ; of 76 patients with perianal abscess,there were 47(67.14％) cases with mixed infections;the drug susceptibility testing showed that the susceptibility rate of gram negative bacteria to Imipenem was the highest,reaching 97.33％,and the susceptibility rate of gram positive bacteria to vancomycin was the highest,reaching 100％.There were 23 strains of ESBLS producing Escherichia coli isolates,accounting for 23.96％.Conclusion Perianal abscess are mostly caused by gram negative bacilli and anaerobic bacteria,the rational use of antimicrobial agents can effectively minimize the drug resistance,and effectively treatment the perianal abscess.关键词
