Abstract
In 2010,half of the total CO2 emission in China comes from the power sector.As a result,power sector plays a leading role in climate change mitigation.Firstly,this article briefly describes the status quo of CO2 emission of power sector,then it continues to analyze and evaluate appropriate measures which are applied on the supply side,demand side and power grid.As per the analysis,virtual energy,including the energy-saving capacity on both the demand side and the power grid,together with conventional energy on the supply side,are implemented for the integrated optimization model of CO2 emission mitigation in the power sector.Throughout the implementation of the model,the optimal plan of energy distribution with respect to both the economic benefits and mitigation benefits can be found.The results show that the development of the demand side management (DSM) and the smart grid can contribute a lot to CO2 emission mitigation of the power sector,reducing the CO2 emissions by 10.0% and 12.6% respectively in 2015 and 2020.关键词
