摘要
Abstract
A bi-level programming model is formulated to describe the capacity of road network with multi-phase signal controlled intersections.The low-level programming model is a user equilibrium assignment problem on road network with multi-phase signal controlled intersections,by which the equilibrium link traffic flows are obtained under given signal parameters and O-D (origin-destination) demands.This model takes signal delay of each phase into account.The upper-level programming model is a nonlinear program,in which signal parameters and O-D demands are optimized to maximize road network capacity.The BLABD (bi-level linear approximation based on difference)algorithm based on sensitivity analysis is put forward to solve the bi-level programming model.The main idea of the algorithm is to use the difference coefficient method to estimate the derivatives of equilibrium link flows with respect to designed variables,and thus the implicit link flow function on the up-level model is expended as a linear function.The numerical example results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the capacity of multi-phase signalized road network; thus,it is applicable to the real condition.关键词
