Principal Component Analysis Based Research on Multi-sensor Fusion Algorithm

Abstract
On the basis of multivariate statistical theory in mathematical statistics,using multiple sensors to detect one specific index,with the data obtained,we present a statistical fusion arithmetic based on principal component analysis.This method uses data obtained from multiple sensors as an ensemble and defines each principal component.The comprehensive support degree of each sensor and data fusion formulas were given by calculating complex correlation coefficient between data detected and the principal components.It was showed by experiments that the principal component fusion method owned much more accuracy and effectiveness compared to average fusion method.关键词
