Abstract
In embedded system we generally use the RAM+Flash storage mode.Based on achieving LK system basic boot loading function on C6310 Android smart phone,the paper provides a complete set of design for Nand Flash basic functions.The scheme re-layouts the Nand Flash,it realizes the function of Nand Flash upgrade module,and according to the Nand Flash read and write speed,it proposes a kind of bad block management strategy and hardware parallel ECC check design.关键词
