丛生竹竹篾层积材制备工艺的研究
Optimization of technology of sympodial bamboo laminated bamboo sliver lamber

Abstract
Sympodial bamboo (Dendrocalamus farinosus) growing in southern Sichuan Province was taken as experimental materials.The effects of two kinds of hot pressing technology on properties of laminated bamboo sliver lamber (LBSL) were compared.The density of panels,temperature and time of hot pressing were taken as variables factors.And their effects on physical and mechanical properties of LBSL were investigated with variance analysis and significance test.The results showed that both of the properties of LBSLs manufactured by different hot pressing technologies were more superior than the value of standards.Optimal technology parameters were the hot-hot cycle pressing,0.8 g· cm-3 board density,150 ℃C hot press temperature and 1.5 min· mm-1 hot press time.With optimized technology of LBSL,three species of sympodial bamboo (Dendrocolamus farinosus; Bambusa rigida;Bambusa omeiensis) LBSLs were made and the properties were compared.关键词
