发酵豆粕对1-4周龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性、抗氧化能力和免疫器官指数的影响
Effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance, digestive enzyme, antioxidant ability and immune organ index of 1-4 weeks old yellow broilers

Abstract
To investigate the effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance,digestive enzyme,antioxidant ability and immune organ index of 1-4 weeks old yellow broilers,which would provide the theoretical basis for the application of fermented soybean meal in the broilers feed,250 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into five dietary treatments,each treatment included five replicates (10 chickens per replicate) for a 4 weeks feeding trial.The control group (group Ⅰ) were fed to the basic diet.The group Ⅱ was fed to the basic diet supplemented with 30 mg · kg-1 zinc bacitracin and 6 mg· kg-1 colistin sulfate.The treatment groups (group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) were fed to the basic diet replaced the part of soybean meal with 3%,6%,9% of fermented soybean meal.The results showed as follows:replacing the partial soybean meal with 9% of fermented soybean meal increased the average weight gain (P <0.05),trypsin activity of the duodenum (P <0.01),the contents of total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC) and catalase (CAT) in peripheral blood (P < 0.05),and the spleen index and the bursal index (P <0.05) ; it decreased the feed/gain of broilers (P <0.05),the death rate (P <0.01) and the nitrogen content and the ash content in excrement (P <0.01).It is concluded that fermented soybean meal can improve the trypsin activity,antioxidant ability and immunity of 1-4 weeks old yellow broilers,promote the absorption and utilization of nutrient of broilers,and decrease the discharge of nitrogen and ash of excrement.The best amount of replacement is 9%.关键词
