菌草栽培猴头菌子实体的营养成分
Nutrient composition in the fruit body of Hericium erinaceus cultivated with Juncao
摘要
Abstract
The chemical compositions in fruit bodies of Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers cultivated respectively with Juncao and sawdust were investigated at some growing stages.The nutrients content of H.erinaceus cultivated either with Juncao or sawdust continuously changed from budding stage to mature stage and aging stage.Compared with the cultivation with sawdust,their total sugar contents were almost the same,while crude protein content in H.erinaceus cultivated with Juncao was 14％ higher; total content of amino acid and the content of each amino acid were also higher,and contents of heavy metals were lower except the content of total mercury.Altogether,the nutrient composition of H.erinaceus cultivated with Juncao was not inferior to that cultivated with sawdust.关键词
