Abstract
Regarding waste silicon tetrachloride as raw materials,which is generated in the process of polysilicon production,under certain conditions,in the protection of protective gas(such as the inert gas nitrogen),titrating sodium chloride solution with silicon tetrachloride and an equal amount of sodium silicate solution,adjusting the value of pH to about 4,stopping stirring after stirring for 30 min,transferring the precipitate,rinsing until the pH to 7,after purification and drying,we can obtain powdery white carbon black.The new idea and innovative point lie in the following:a new method of double Hydrolytic in prepration of nanometer white carbon black is developed based on the summarize of preparation methods of it.关键词
