摘要
Abstract
In this paper,ZnS/ZnSe was prepared by depositing ZnSe on the ZnS surface in different treatment technology.We have studied ZnS/ZnSe combination of the two phases as well as the impact of the infrared transmittance.The results indicated that surface of ZnS cleaning by plasma is benefit to combination of the two phases; ZnS surface by etching process is benefit to form a solid mosaic structure in two phases interface,improve the bonding strength of the two phases.关键词
