Research Progress on Effect of Composition on the Electrical Properties of Lead Zirconate Titanate Ferroelectric Thin Films
摘要
Abstract
Lead zirconate titanate is widely used as capacitor,piezoelectric devices,ferroelectric random access memory and so on because of its excellent dielectric,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties.Effects of Zr/Ti ratio and dopant on dielectric and ferroelectric properties of lead zirconate titanate thin films are summarized in this paper.Finally,some problems on doping of lead zirconate titanate thin films are proposed.关键词
