布渣叶药材近红外指纹图谱的聚类分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a cluster analysis method of near-infrared spectrum (NIRS) for the identification of Microcos paniculata L..Methods M.paniculata L.from different regions were investigated by NIRS.The data about chemical ingredients were obtained with non-invasive NIRS and hierarchical cluster analysis to achieve proper classification results.Results The spectra of samples were similar with each other in the same class.The origins of Guangdong and Guangxi were clustered into two classes respectively,which agrees with their geographical and climate conditions.Conclusion This method may provide reference for classifying and identifying geographical origins of Microcos paniculata L..关键词
