茶枝柑皮提取物中黄酮类成分的含量测定
Determination of flavonoids from Citrus Reticulata ‘Chachi’ peel extract

Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine flavonoids from Citrus reticulata 'Chachi' peel extract.Methods Hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin were determined on Phenomenex Luna C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column and detected at 283 nm and 330 nm.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% acetic acid.The column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The linear range of hesperidin was within 8.240-164.8 μg/mL (r =0.999 7),and the recovery was 97.3% with RSD =2.6%.That of nobiletin was within 8.030-160.6 μg/mL (r =0.999 8),and the recovery was 99.1% with RSD =0.9%.That of tangeretin was within 8.210-164.2 μg/mL (r =0.999 8),and the recovery was 97.6% with RSD =1.3%.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which may provide a reference for the quality control of Citrus reticulate 'Chachi' peel extract.关键词
