摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a spectral method for the identification of cefradine capsules.Methods The solvent was methanol,and the infrared apetrophotometry (IR) was adopted with potassium bromide tabletting.Results The infrared absorption spectrum of the cefradine capsules was completely in accordance with that of the reference substance and the standard spectrum of cefradine.Conclusion The method was specified,rapid and accurate,which may be used for the indentifitation of cefradine capsules.关键词
