摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression,significance and relationship of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 protein in invasive breast cancer.Methods The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 in breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 protein in breast cancer tissues increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of fascin-1 protein was not correlated to the patients' age,grade,ER,PR,Cerb-2,Ki-67,P53 and P16 (P ＞ 0.05),but associated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of Cd44v6 protein was not correlated to the patients' age,tumor size,ER,PR,P53,and P16 (P ＞ 0.05),but associated with the tumor staging,lymph node metastasis,Cerb-2 and Ki-67 expression (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 protein shows a great significance in the development of breast cancer,and may be provide an evidence for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.关键词
