摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Ursonic acid extraction from dogwood using high pressure method (UHP) was studied to obtain its optimum extracting conditions,and the best extraction method was explored.[Objective]Based on single factor test,the L9(34) orthogonal design was used to optimize UHP extraction conditions.Using yield rate of ursolic acid as index,the influence of solid to liquid ratio(g∶ mL),ethanol concentration,UHP pressure,UHP time was studied,and the yield from UHP method was compared with that from reflux and supersonic extraction method.[Result]Under the optimum conditions by UHP extraction (solid to liquid ratio of 1∶22(g∶ mL),ethanol concentration of 70%,UHP pressure of 320 MPa and UHP time of 4 min),the yield rate of ursonic acid was 0.322%.Compared to reflux and supersonic extraction method,the yield from UHP extraction was higher and the extraction time was shorter.[Conclusion]Owing to its higher yield and shorter extraction time,the UHP was a suitable method for extracting ursonic acid from dogwood.
