三峡库区食用菌产业区域差异化发展研究
Research on regional differentiation development of edible fungi industry in Three Gorges Reservoir
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Regional differentiation development of industry in Three Gorges Reservoir was studied to provide references for edible fungi industrial development in Three Gorges Reservoir region.[Method]In light of the Porter's "diamond" model,the index system for agricultural product competitiveness was constructed based on production,demand,industrial strategy structure,competitors,relevant industries,and supporting industry.The development status of edible fungi industry in this region was analyzed using DEA model.[Result]The edible fungi industry competitiveness of the districts in Three Gorges Reservoir ordinarily exhibited spatial differentiation,forming the structure of diminishing differentiation from Chongqing city to the northeast.[Suggestion]For sustainable and balanced edible fungi industrial development in Three Gorges Reservoir region,there should be more locality features,upgraded resources configuration,and better professionals in this field.关键词
