摘要

Abstract

Power network directly exposed to natural conditions with wide geographic distribution.Meanwhile,electrical equipment are very sensitive to temperature,humidity,lightning and other weather conditions.Therefore,meteorological factors directly affect the security and stability of the grid.In this paper,firstly,the failure records of Beijing power grid between 1990 and 2009 are classified.Secondly,the fault causes and equipment types are analyzed and it is showed that meteorological factors account for 25% of power grid faults,and lightning strikes is the greatest impact on the overhead transmission line.Finally,the grid faults associated with the meteorological factors are analyzed.The annual distribution,monthly distribution and spatial distribution are presented by statistical methods.A variety of weather conditions on grid equipment including overhead transmission line,substation equipment,power cables and distribution network,are studied in detail.
