摘要

Abstract

Fatigue analysis should be paid more attention in the course of designing high voltage switchgear due to its roles in estimating life and security of parts.This paper analyzes characteristics of part fatigue in drive systems of high voltage switchgears,and establishes a fatigue limit stress plot based model for computing fatigue limit,safety factor and life of key part.Using fatigue computation of a link in a high voltage breaker as illustrative example,the proposed model is demonstrated and verified.Finally,three conclusive marks are drawn as follows:First,fatigue analysis and computation are very important to high voltage switchgear design; Second,the fatigue limit stress plot is feasible to the fatigue analysis and computation; Third,stress centralization and part material have high influence on fatigue limit and life.
