CT引导下腹腔神经节毁损术结合中药治疗胰腺癌癌痛初探
Briefly Exploration of Pancreatic Cancer Pain Treated by Neurolytic Celiac Plexus Block Guided by CT Combined with Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate neurolytic celiac plexus block guided by computerized tomography(CT) combined with Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer pain,and to discuss the influential factors of the analgesic effect initially.Methods:30 patients with pancreatic cancer were all treated with neurolytic celiac plexus block without good effect of analgesic through the three steps.anhydrous ethanol 10 mL was injected each side when patients were carried out with Bilateral puncture,and anhydrous ethanol 15 mL was injected when Unilateral puncture.30 patients were divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table.group A of 10 cases were given three step analgesic treatment,group B of 10 cases were given neurolytic celiac plexus block,and group C of 10 cases were treated with neurolytic celiac plexus block and Chinese medicine.VAS score was used preoperative and one week after operation.Results:Comparison of VAS score in the three groups preoperative and one week after operation showed that the difference of group C compared with group A and group B was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Neurolytic celiac plexus block guided by computerized tomography combined with Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer pain is a kind of treatment method of safety and efficiency,and small adverse reactions,and with good analgesic effect.关键词
