中西医结合治疗缓解期儿童支气管哮喘临床研究
Clinical Research of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Pediatric Bronchial Asthma in Remission Stage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric bronchial asthma in remission stage.Methods:50 pediatric patients definitely diagnosed bronchial asthma in remission stage were selected and were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group(25 cases) was given Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder inhalant,while the treatment group (25 cases) was given the above treatments and Shuchuan Formula.Composition:Radix Astragali preparata 10 g,Radix Sileris 8 g,Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz 10 g,Poria cocos 10 g,Schisandra chinensis 8 g,Pericarpium citri reticulatae 8 g,Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata 8 g,Fructus perillae 8 g,pheretima 8 g,pubescent holly root 10 g,prepared radix licorice 3 g).The course of treatment was six months and follow-up for six months.Results:Effective rate of the treatment group was 84.0％,and the rate of the control group was 68.0％,and comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05) ; Recurrent wheezing of the treatment group was obviously less than the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shuchuan Formula with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder inhalant has good compliance and very few adverse reactions;it can improve pediatric patients' immunity and decrease recurrence of pediatric bronchial asthma.关键词
