中医药治疗耐药细菌性肺部感染的研究述评
Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Drag-Resistant Bacterial Lung Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore research progress of Chinese medicine treatment of drug-resistant bacterial lung infections.Methods:Pathogenic characteristics and harms of drug-resistant bacteria,etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine of drug-resist-ant bacterial lung infections and mechanism of TCM compound,single medicine monomer inhibition drug-resistant bacteria were summerized through reference to recent relate literature.Results:The most important etiology of drug-resistant bacterial lung infection is sputum,and pathogenesis of bacterial lung infection is phlegm and blood stasis resistance.TCM compound has inhibitory effect on drug-re-sistant strain,and a variety of single Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine monomer both have good antibacterial ability on sensitive bacteria and drug resistance bacteria Conclusion:The therapeutical effect on TCM in the treatment of drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia can never change with the change of resistance mechanism of bacterial strain,and the curative effect is stable relative to western medicine,and the cost is low.关键词
