Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of pediatric cough.Methods:150 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 100 cases,and the control group of 50 cases.The treatment group was given Modified Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction(composition:ephedra 3 g,almond 6 g,hcorice 3 g,fructus perillae 3 g,flos farfarae 6 g,pinellia 6 g,scutellaria baicalensis 6 g,cortex mori radicis 6 g,radish Seed 3 g,semen lepidii 3 g,white mustard seed 3 g) and combined with drug treatment such as western medicine anti-inflammatory,antiviral,spasmolysis and relieving asthma.The control group was given Ampicillin Shubatan Injection and Ribavirin Injection.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.0％,and the rate of the control group was 92.0％,and comparison of two groups had no significant difference(P ＞0.05) ;Recovery rate of the treatment group was 76.0％,and the rate of the control group was 52.0％,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric cough is distinct.关键词
