摘要

Abstract

Objective:To state "treating predisease" from the beginning of "coordination of diet five flavors" through the analysis of "five flavors theories".Methods:Based on the in-depth analysis of "five flavors theories" in Huangdi Neijing,found its inner connection with "preventive treatment of disease" theory.Through the study found that there was closely association between the "treating predisease" of Huangdi Neijing and "five flavors theories".Diet as an indispensable organic composition of human body life activity,is the foundation of the body life activity,and also is the important cause of the generation of human disease.Only did "coordination of diet five flavors",could better do "pay less attention to the treatment of a disease,but more to the prevention of it".Conclusion:" Yin is transformed from the Wuwei.The Wugong that store yin but also can be damaged by the Wuwei".Diet five flavors is the human survival essential needs,one of the reason of the occurrence and development of the body disease,and coordination of diet five flavors is related to the development of human body health,which also conforms with preventive medicine thought of "paying less attention to the treatment of a disease,but more to the prevention of it" in Huangdi Neijing.
