臭氧注射联合中药针灸治疗骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折临床研究
Clinical Research of Ozone Injection Combined with Chinese Medicine Treatment of Vertebral Osteoporosis Compression Fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of ozone injection combined with Chinese medicine treatment of vertebral compression fractures of osteoporosis.Methods:40 patients with osteoporosis compression fractures were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group was given ozone injection treatment,and the treatment group was treated by ozone combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:One week after operation,comparison of vas score of patients in the two groups showed that the difference was no statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05).6 months postoperatively,the difference was obvious(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection combined with Chinese medicine treatment in treating compressibility fracture has better effect than pure ozone injection,and follow-up for 6 months without a significant rebound of pain.关键词
