Content Determination of Flavone in Lygodium Flexuosum and Lygodium Scandens
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of flavone in Lygodium flexuosum and Lygodium scandens by UV.Methods:UV was be used to measure absorbance in the wavelength of 510nm and to compute the content of the flavone.Results:Concentration of flavone within 6.0-37 g · L-1 appears the favorable linear relationship.The content of flavone in L.flexuosum was 10.57％ ; in L.scandens was 6.58％.Conclusion:The UV was the simple and accurate method to determine the content of flavone in L.flexuosum and L.scandens.The established method is quick,sensitive and well repeated.关键词
