硬化剂应用于超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿的研究进展
Research Progress of Stiffen Agent Application to Ultrasonography for Interventional Treatment of Ovarian Cyst
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the research progress of stiffen agent application to ultrasonography for interventional treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:Literatures of stiffen agent application to ultrasonography for interventional treatment of ovarian cyst were reorganized and analyzed.Results:Treatment of ovarian cyst with puncture aspiration and stiffen medicine injection guided by ultrasonography is a safe,effective method and has minor wound.It is important to choose stiffen agent which is harmless to the ovary.The study found that the commonly used stiffen agent are:①sodium morrhuate;②kuzhiling injection ;③alum injection;④anhydrous ethanol and cisplatin or 5-Fu;⑤sodium bicarbonate injection;⑥Tetracyclines;⑦ethanol injection therapy;⑧bruceolic oil emulsion;⑨gallnut injection,etc.Conclusion:The stiffen agent such as gallnut injection,bruceolic oil emulsion and xiaozhiling,which have characteristics of low adverse reaction,high safety and good near and forward curative effects.关键词
