荷芪散治疗糖尿病前期疗效观察
Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Heqi Powder in the Treatment for Pre-Diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Heqi Powder in the treatment of pre-diabetes population.Methods:57 cases of patients with pre-diabetes were randomly divided into the control group of 29 cases,and the treatment group of 28 cases.The control group was only treated with life style intervention.The treatment group was not only treated with lifestyle intervention but also taking Heqi Powder.The course of treatment was six months.BMI,FPG,2 hPG,INS,2 hINS,HbA1 C,and HOMA-IR before and after treatment were tested.Results:After treatment,2 hPG of the control group was decreased slightly,compared with that before treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),BMI,FPG,INS,2hINS,HbA1 C,HOMA-IR decreased slightly after treatment,but the differences were not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05).BMI,FPG,2 hPG,INS,2 hINS,HbA1C and HOMA-IR of the treatment group were all decreased after treatment,and compared with those of the control group showed that the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05),and after treatment,comparison of the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Applying Heqi Powder to intervene pre-diabetes patients can effectively help patients lose weight,reduce blood sugar and insulin levels,and improve insulin resistance index.关键词
