Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of xiaokefang in the treatment of oral glucose-lowering drugs poorly controlled type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods:90 cases of oral glucose-lowering drugs poorly controlled T2DM were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 45 cases.Insulin therapy was used in the two groups.The observation group was additionally given xiaokefang(composition:Raw radix rehmanniae 20 g,radix scrophulariae 15 g,Radix Ophiopogonis 15 g,coptis root 6 g,radix tric hosanthis15 g,rhizoma anemarrhenae 10 g,gypsum 15 g,Rhizoma Polygonati 12 g,fructus schisandrae 6 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 12 g,polygonatum odoratum 15 g,astragalus 12 g,epimedium 10 g).The course of treatment was 8 weeks.After treatment,fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG) were monitored; Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1 c),fasting insulin (FINS) and 2 h after meal insulin (2 hINS) were detected before and after treatment.therapeutic time of blood glucose,every week novolin N usage,hypoglycemia occurrence population,and yin deficiency and syndrome and heat syndrome integral were recorded.Results:After treatment,FBG,2HPG,HbA1 of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,2HPG,HbA1c level of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05) ; After treatment,the levels of FINS and 2 hINS were lower than that of the control group(P ＜0.05,P ＜0.01 respectively) ;4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,novolin usage of the observation group were lower than the control group(P ＜0.01).The average blood glucose therapeutic time of the observation group was less than the control group(P ＜0.05).Incidence of hypoglycemia and average occurrence population of the observation group were less than the control group(P ＜0.01).after treatment,and yin deficiency and heat syndrome integral of the observation group was lower than control group (P ＜0.01).Conclusion:Xiaokefang can reduce 2hPG,HbA1c of oral glucose-lowering drugs poorly controlled T2DM,prompt blood glucose control meeting the standard,reduce the usage of insulin and reduce the insulin hypoglycemia incidence,also can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
