八段锦促进腰椎间盘突出症康复的临床研究
Clinical Research of Rehabilitation Effect of Ba Duan Jin on Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of Ba Duan Jin on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixtyfour patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 32 cases.The treatment group was received Ba Duan Jin treatment.The control group was received conventional exercise treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) scale were used to assess the rehabilitation of patients of the two groups Respectively before and after 8 weeks treatment.Results:After 8 weeks,VAS scores and JOA scores were decreased significantly in the two groups(P ＜0.05).The improvement of JOA scores and ADL scores in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Ba Duan Jin can improve the ability of daily living of patients with lumbar disc herniation.关键词
