中西医结合治疗儿童慢性化脓性鼻窦炎临床研究
Clinical Research of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Children Chronic Suppurative Sinusitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and westem medicine treatment of chronic suppurative sinusitis in children.Methods:51 cases of chronic purulent sinusitis patients were randomly divided into the control group of 25 cases and the observation group of 26 cases.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.Curative effect of the two groups of children was compared after treatment.Results:In the observation group,23 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 88.46％ and in the control group,17 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 68.00％.The curative effect of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children chronic suppurative sinusitis has obvious therapeutic effect.关键词
